Areas of practice
I provide therapy to children and adolescents, supporting emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, and peer and family dynamics within school environments.
I conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and track client progress, adapting my approach based on each individual's needs and context.
I work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support clients across environments, recognizing that change often happens within systems—not just individuals.
In addition to school-based work, I provide therapy in a private practice setting, working with clients from diverse cultural and clinical backgrounds.
My training in India included hospital psychiatry, school counseling, and large-scale mental health outreach, shaping my ability to work in fast-paced systems while maintaining attention to individual experiences.
I approach therapy with a balance of structure and flexibility, paying attention to patterns in how clients think, relate, and respond, while supporting both insight and meaningful change.
